Every book comes in several sizes and languages: in the illustrated ones the pages and drawings are the same and only the telling changes; XL is the novel. Book 1 now comes in six sizes, for ages 3 to 16 (XXS, XS, S, M, L and XL), and in more than 20 languages. And it is completely free, with no sign-up: read it, listen to it and compare it, play all six chapters, print its worksheets and download it as a PDF.

Six sizes, one story
Everyone opens the same page. Each pupil reads their own size (S, M or L) or their own language. The questions have the same answer in every edition, so the whole class can talk about the same drawing.
For language learners: XXS ≈ pre-A1 · XS ≈ A1 · S ≈ A2 · M ≈ B1 · L ≈ B2 · XL ≈ B2–C1 (CEFR). XL is the illustrated novel, for 13+: the same story, told as a novel.
